As the Co-Founder of Digital Brand Architects (DBA), Kendra built the first revenue generating network for talent, evolving from a blogger management company into a global marketing agency.

Post DBA, Kendra Founded BrainTrust, a full-service agency that drove the digital brand strategy and online media presence for talent and global brands, such as Halle Berry and Sally Beauty. Kendra, Founder and Chairman of BrainTrust, currently resides as Chief Business Officer at Beautycon, responsible for driving the company’s business partnerships, revenue strategy, and long term growth initiatives.

Olivia Perez is an influencer, journalist, and entrepreneur in New York City. She is the host of the Friend of a Friend Podcast, a series of interviews that deep dives into the millennial entrepreneurs shaping our world. She’s collaborated with brands like Chanel, Nike, Kith, Fox, SmartWater, Tommy Hilfiger, and more, and has been a contributing writer to Forbes.com, Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, and Huffington Post.

In 2012, Charlotte brought K-Beauty to the U.S. market by pioneering the 10-Step Korean skincare routine, and has been highly sought-after for her expert advice and insight ever since. Cho has been featured in the New York Times, Vogue, Allure, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, Forbes and Refinery29. She has also made national broadcast appearances on The Today Show, Rachael Ray and Good Morning America. This year, she was named one of Adweek’s Trailblazers of the Year and in 2017 was selected for WWD’s 40 Under 40. Cho is the author of The Little Book of Skincare (HarperCollins) and is currently working on her second book, to be released in 2019.

Melissa Butler is the Founder and CEO of The Lip Bar, a vegan beauty brand that exists to disrupt an outdated industry. Bothered by traditional brands and their linear approach to beauty, Melissa took on an unknowingly large task. Without formal training or personal passion for makeup, Melissa began making products in her Brooklyn kitchen. She soon left her job on Wall Street to keep up with the demand, moved the business to Detroit, MI and hasn’t looked back since. “Everyone deserves to have representation. Without it, we are left seeking validation.” It is her goal to empower women everywhere of all ages, races, and body types to be confident in their own skin. Melissa’s mission is to constantly remind every woman that they are enough!

WUZZAM SUPA
Founder, The Crayon Case

Internet sensation turned entrepreneur and cosmetics maven Wuzzam Supa is the creator of The Crayon Case, whose “Box of Crayons” eyeshadow palette took the beauty community by storm. From posting makeup videos on Instagram to making $1 million with ecommerce, Supa has re-invented the narrative of Social Media Influencer. In 2017, Supa launched Watch My Smoke Ent., boasting a fresh line-up of musical talent. Today she has successfully launched over 20 products and continues to expand her brand in the cosmetics world and beyond.

General Manager, Versed

As the founding General Manager of Versed, a line of clean, cruelty-free, vegan skincare products all under $20, Melanie combines digitally-led development with growth management to build the first community-driven drugstore beauty brand, making good skin and clean formulas accessible for all. Shop Versed in over 1,800 stores and online at Target, Riley Rose and Revolve.

Prior to Versed, Melanie served as VP of Marketing and Brand Development at Who What Wear, one of Fast Company’s 50 Most Innovative Companies. There, Melanie helped shape the development, marketing, and growth of the company’s portfolio of community-led fashion and beauty brands.

At 24, Melanie co-founded Post+Beam, a marketing consultancy helping brands reach millennials through emerging digital channels, with clients including Sephora, Li & Fung and Make Up For Ever.
