A: We are excited to announce that we have moved to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal in Brooklyn, NY! We’re moving to a bigger venue to give you more of what you love, beauty & lifestyle brands, talent, experiences and stages!
Q: How do I get to Beautycon Festival New York?
A: Via Subway – Take the 2, 4 or R train to the Borough Hall Station or the F or G train to the Smith/9th St. Station. Beautycon will be providing complimentary shuttle service from the Borough Hall Station and Smith/9th St. Station to the venue – look out for the Beautycon Sign. The shuttles will run from 7am-7pm. Via Bus – Take the B61 Bus towards Downtown Brooklyn Fulton Mall via Red Hook and get off at the Van Brunt / Pioneer Bus Stop. Please look for direction signage from there. Via Water Taxi – Pick up the Water Taxi at Pier 79 W 39th St, Christopher Street, World Financial Center, Pier 11 Slip A, or Pier 1 DUMBO and get off at the Red Hook Dock Van Brunt Street. Please note you will still need to take a cab or car service from the dock to the venue. Via Cab or Car Service – Direct your driver to drop you off at 112 Clinton Wharf entering off of Bowne St. and Imlay St. Please look for direction signage to the drop off location. Driving – We highly recommend taking public transportation to the venue. We will be providing complimentary shuttle service from the Borough Hall Station and the Smith/9th St. Station. If you prefer to drive please be aware that there is no public parking at the venue. Parking lots in the area are privately owned and operated and may be 20 minute walk to the venue. *Complimentary Shuttles from Borough Hall Station and Smith / 9th Street Station will circle every 15 minutes from both stations. Shuttles will run continuously from 7am to 7pm.

Q: I’m attending the event with a child but do not wish to attend the VIP Package amenities. Do I need to buy a VIP ticket to escort them?
A: As a parent all you need is a regular General Admission ticket. You will be able to enter with your child, but not participate in any of the VIP Perks. Child must be a minor.
Q: Do I have to be a professional makeup artist or stylist to attend a Beautycon Festival?
A: Beautycon Festivals are open to everyone! You’re all beautiful!
Q: How can I meet my favorite influencers at Beautycon Festival?
A: In order to participate in any scheduled meet-ups you must purchase the Social Package. This will allow you access to the Social Lounge where meet-ups will take place.
Q: How do I know what influencers will be having meet-ups, talking on panels or having tutorials
A: Please visit beautycon.com/festivals and look for your event. When you scroll down to the “Creator” list look for the stickers over the influencers headshot to see what they will be participating in.
Q: How old do I have to be to attend Beautycon Festival?
A: Beautycon Festival is open to all ages. Children 6 and under are free.
Q: Will there be food and beverages available at Beautycon Festival?
A: We will have plenty of food options available at Beautycon Festival. Don’t worry, veggie, vegan, gluten free, we have you covered. We will also have refillable water stations so be sure to bring a refillable water bottle or purchase one from the Beautycon Store.
Q: What can I bring with me to Beautycon Festival?
A: You can bring the following items: small sack, purse, strollers, letters to your favorite influencers, cameras, selfie sticks, personal medication and one factory sealed water bottle (up to 1 liter).
