Can someone else use my ticket?

Tickets are transferable but cannot be duplicated. One person admitted per ticket. Anyone can enter wearing a wristband, no matter the name on the order, as the original purchaser does not need to be present.
If you’d like to transfer your Will Call order to someone else so they can pick it up, please log-in to your See Tickets account to transfer the ticket.

How does the payment plan work?

Please note the following regarding the payment plans:
All payment plan tickets must be paid in full prior to the event for your tickets to be valid. Payment plans can be cancelled at any time, however, in accordance with our terms of purchase there are no refunds for paid or partially paid tickets. In the event of cancellation or non-payment, any deposited funds are forfeited to the producers of the event. Please check your shopping cart carefully before checking out. Any service fees for the payment plan will appear in the total. We are unable to make any changes to your payment plan once your order has been submitted. You must have a valid form of payment on file at all times during your payment plan. In the event of a declined charge, there is a maximum 10 day grace period for you to update your payment information to keep your payment plan current.

What is the difference between the different ticket options that I can purchase?

You can read about what comes with each ticket type by clicking “More Info” under each ticket-type on the ticketing page and on Beautycon’s website.

Will I be able to buy General Admission tickets or any VIP packages at the event?

Tickets will be available to purchase at the event only if the desired ticket-type hasn’t sold out in advance.

Can I exchange/upgrade my General Admission ticket for any VIP package?

We recommend you purchase your desired VIP package at the original time of purchase. We will be limited in our ability to exchange your General Admission ticket. If interest in exchanging after purchase, please contact help@seetickets.us

Is the festival all ages?

Yes, children 6 and under are free and do not need a ticket.

I’m attending the event with a child but do not wish to attend the VIP Package amenities. Do I need to buy a VIP ticket to escort them?

As a parent all you need is a regular General Admission ticket. You will be able to enter with your child, but not participate in any of the VIP Perks. Child must be a minor.

I can’t attend the Festival anymore. Can I return my ticket?

Sorry, we do not issue refunds; however, feel free to gift your ticket to someone that loves Beautycon! Anyone can enter wearing a wristband, no matter the name on the order, as the original purchaser does not need to be present.

I ordered The Social, All Access, or Beautycon Insider Package. How do I access the meet-ups?

A schedule for meet-ups will be provided close to the Festival. The Social, All Access, and Beautycon Insider Packages give you access to meet-up with your favorite influencers. Check out the list of creators for your Festival and look for the “Meet-Up” sticker on their headshot to see who is confirmed.

I am an international customer and do not have a US shipping address. Can I still purchase a ticket for Beautycon prior to the event date?
