Q:I can’t attend the festival anymore.  Can I return my ticket?

A: Sorry, we do not issue refunds. Anyone can use your ticket in your place.

Q: I accidentally placed a duplicate order?

A: Please email help@seetickets.us immediately if you have accidentally placed a duplicate order.

Q: When I purchased my ticket, I didn’t receive a Print@Home ticket in my email?

A: We’ll be shipping wristbands for Beautycon, and your wristband is your ticket. Print@Home tickets will only be issued to those who purchase a ticket the 2 weeks prior to the event. These Print@Home tickets will be exchanged at the event for a wristband.

Q: I added the Cosmopolitan 1-Year Magazine subscription to my order.   When will I start receiving the magazine?

A: You can expect to start receiving your monthly issues approximately 4-6 weeks after your order has been processed.  Please note that the subscription is valid for U.S. addresses only.

Q: When can I expect to receive my wristband in the mail?

A: Wristbands will begin to ship approximately 3 weeks prior to the event. Your tracking number will be listed in your See Tickets account at the time of shipping. If you have not received your wristbands in the mail within 2 days of the event, please contact help@seetickets.us. The correct shipping information must be entered at the time of purchase.  We can’t change shipping information that is entered incorrectly.

Q: Can someone else use my wristband?

A: Wristbands can be worn by anyone. If you’ve received your wristband in the mail, you can give the wristband to someone else to use for admission. (If you purchased a ticket the 2 weeks prior to the event you will receive a PDF Print@Home ticket in your email instead of a shipped wristband. Anyone can show this PDF Print@Home ticket at the event to receive the wristband.) **The original purchaser does not need to be present for either option.**

Q: What will my wristband look like when I receive it?

A: Fabric wristband(s) and goodies will be shipped in a complimentary commemorative box.  Each order arrives in one commemorative box, no matter how many tickets are in that order. If you want one box per ticket, you will have to place separate orders for each ticket.

Q: What do I do with my wristband when I receive it?

A: You will need to activate your wristband(s) when you receive it (see below for activation details). Please WAIT to put the wristband on until the day of the festival.  There is a locking feature on your wristband – once you put it on, you will NOT be able to take it off.  Any damaged wristbands will need to be brought to the event’s Will Call to be replaced.

Q: How do I activate my wristband(s)?

A: ALL wristbands must be activated prior to admission.  You can only activate your wristband once you receive it in the mail.  Activate your wristband here and enter the required information:

Q: What is the difference between the different ticket options that I can purchase?

A: You can read about what comes with each ticket type by clicking “More Info” under each ticket-type on the ticketing page & on Beautycon’s website.

Q: Will I be able to buy General Admission tickets or any VIP packages at the event?

A: Tickets will be available to purchase at the event only if the desired ticket-type hasn’t sold out in advance.

Q: Can I exchange/upgrade my General Admission ticket for any VIP Package?

A: We recommend you purchase your desired VIP package at the original time of purchase.  We will be limited in our ability to exchange your General Admission ticket. If interested in exchanging after purchase, please contact help@seetickets.us.

Q: I ordered The Social Package. How do I access the meet-ups?

A: Meet-ups will not be selected prior to the event date this year. A schedule for meet-ups will be provided close to the event. The Social Package gives you access to a private lounge where you will be able to meet-up with all the talent. Check out the list of creators for your festival and look for the “Meet-Up” sticker on their headshot to see who is confirmed.

Q: What is the Beauty Academy VIP Package? Do I have to be a professional to purchase?

A: Beauty Academy is private lounge where various tutorials will be hosted throughout the day. Beauty Academy purchasers will have the ability to follow along and learn tips & tricks from the pros! The schedule of artists, brands, and tutorials will be provided close to the event.  You do not need to be a professional makeup artist to purchase.

Q: Is the festival all ages?

A: Yes, children 6 and under are free and do not need a ticket.

Q: I’m attending the event with a child but do not wish to attend the VIP Package amenities. Do I need to buy a VIP ticket to escort them?

A: As a parent all you need is a regular General Admission ticket.  You will be able to enter with your child, but not participate in any of the VIP Perks. Child must be a minor.

Q: I am an international customer and do not have a US shipping address. Can I still purchase a ticket for Beautycon prior to the event date?

A: Yes. Please contact help@seetickets.us for instructions on how to do so.
