Sunday night’s Vh1 Basketball Wives reunion was drama-filled, to say the least. Suzie Ketcham, former girlfriend of Michael Olowokondi, was arrested during the reunion show after heaving what looked like a bucket of water on Sandra Rose, a “model”/event planner who allegedly messed around with Jennifer Williams’ husband, ex-Celtics player Eric Williams. Suzie and Sandra (nicknamed “Plastic Surgery” by the ladies of the show”> have a history of turmoil which can be seen in an episode of the first season when Suzie threw a drink at Sandra at a restaurant in Miami.
Despite the drama, each wife or ex-wife or ex-fiance rocked some variation of a curly or wavy do.
In the above photo, host Tanika Ray and Evelyn Lozada, ex-fiance of former NBA star Antoine Walker discuss the first season and they both look gorgeous. Tanika is sporting a softer curl which is slightly different from the tight coiled curls she usually wears. Evelyn, wears her long blond hair in cascading waves.
Suzie wore her long brunette hair in loose ringlets and Jennifer Williams sported a side-swept curly do.

Yes, this is comedian Carrot Top or Scott Thompson. Let’s take a moment to focus not on the *cough* surgically enhanced face but rather the giant, bright orange hair that’s seeping out of the bottom of his baseball cap. He was photographed at the premiere of E!’s reality show “Holly’s World” on June 13 in Las Vegas.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup is here!!!
Although it may not be cherished as much in the United States as in other countries throughout the world, many American musicians and artists performed at the kick-off concert on Thursday. One of these artists was Alicia Keys, who looked very pretty in black pants and a loose-fitting black and white shirt. Her long, brown curls looked stunning as she performed on the concert stage in Soweto, South Africa. Another performer was Angélique Kidjo, a Grammy-award winning singer from Benin, West Africa—here she sports a teeny weeny blonde afro which frames her face ever so nicely. It’s great to see that natural hair is a universal concept that can span across many different countries and continents. Colombian singer Shakira also looks gorgeous with her long, blond waves while performing.
The concert will air today (Friday, June 11, 2010″> on ABC at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 7 p.m. CST.

While outfits are typically the talk of the red carpet, this year, hair was all the rage. Waves seemed to take the stage at this year’s MTV Video Awards. Men and women alike brought out their best wavy ‘dos to mix up the style. Most considered their waves to be fun and flirty which fits the tone of this particular awards show.
Scarlett Johansson and Vanessa Hudgens both turned their typically straight styles into gorgeous natural looking waves. The curly men of the night were Russell Brand and Shaun White who both sported their sometimes-wavy sometimes-curly hair.
With the right products and styling tips you can give yourself fun and flirty waves to take to your next red carpet event.
