YouTuber and curlfriend DiscoCurls shared her Prince costume tutorial with us and we thought it was the perfect last-minute Halloween costume for a curly girl.
What you’ll need
- A purple cardigan
- Pyramid trim
- Shoulder pads
- Hot glue
- White felt
- White chiffon
- Pale foundation
- Light and dark eyeshadows
- Black eyeliner
Directions
Step 1
Hot glue pyramid trim to your cardigan and hot glue the shoulder pads into the shoulders. Then create a collar using the white flannel and white chiffon.
Step 2
Apply a light foundation and concealer to your entire face. Then fill in your eyebrows and apply black eyeliner all the way around your eyes.
Step 3
Contour your face by applying dark shadows under the cheekbones and around the eye sockets. Highlight the bridge of the nose, under the eyes and above the cheekbones. Then draw on a mustache using the black eyeliner.
Step 4
Use a pic on your curls to create volume at the roots. If you have looser curls then you can use Curlformers to create tighter ringlets. Slick down the edges on one side of your face with edge control paste and a brush.
Step 5
Put the white collar on, and apply nude lipstick. You’re ready to go!
