Shorter hair is lighter, so your curls won’t be as relaxed and weighed down as they were before you chopped your hair off. Your curls will, more than likely, be more defined and tighter. My hair tends to dry very slowly when it is long, which means that I have to plan ahead when I want to wash and style it for a night out. But when it’s short, a quick towel dry is all I need before scrunching some product in my hair. Then, I let my hair air dry before I leave for the night, which is always quicker with shorter hair.
