The 90 Day Healthy Hair Bootcamp: June 1, 2015- September 1, 2015
Healthy hair starts from the inside, and healthy eating habits lead to growth and beautiful hair, too! I started the Hey Curlie 90 Day Bootcamp to challenge myself and others to take charge of their health and the health of their hair. What better way to start living a healthier lifestyle today than beginning the Hey Curlie 90 Day Bootcamp?
Requirements
- Minimal to no heat
- Castor Oil (2x a week to hair/or scalp”>
- Protective Styling (Optional”>
- 8 glasses of water daily
- 2 servings of dark veggies a day
Ways to use Castor Oil
- Massage on scalp to stimulate blood circulation to promote growth
- As a sealant; to seal ends during styling
- Add to Pre-poo before shampooing and/or to conditioner for a deep conditioning treatment
Dark Veggies
- Kale
- Collards
- Turnip greens
- Spinach
- Mustard greens
- Broccoli
- Red, Green Leaf and Romaine Lettuce
- Cabbage
