- Hot rollers
- Bobby pins
- Backcomb your curls. In order to maintain this style and enjoy a hair care free evening, you will want to apply more than a generous amount of your favorite hairspray. Use clips or bobby pins to hold hair back on the sides, pinning where you see the hair needs to be held down. Your eyes and personal style will define the look, so be sure you pin down where you see fit.
- Create a higher style. To obtain a higher bouffant style, you can use hot rollers. Doing so will keep your curls from suddenly or gradually falling in your face throughout the night.
