This past weekend marked the huge, Austin City Limits music festival that brings over 200,000 attendees together to check out the best in music. This year’s festival brought names such as Kanye West, Stevie Wonder, Arcade Fire, Fleet Foxes, Skrillex and TV on the Radio to the stage for the three-day celebration. Since ACL is practically in the backyard of the NaturallyCurly offices, we were there to check out both the music on stage and the curls in the crowd. Here’s a round up of some of the best curly hair from the festival!

How to Get the Best Fest-i-Curls
- Go into the festival with lots of moisture in your curls by deep conditioning before the festival and wearing a good leave-in on the day of.
- For longer, looser curls, bring a hair tie to pull your curls into a loose bun and keep them from hanging in your face when you’re dancing up a storm.
- Bring along a misting fan to keep your skin and curls hydrated and refreshed.
- Your curls look best when you leave them alone. Rather then spending all of the time styling, just let your curls fly free for big, funky festival hair!
