What You’ll Need
- 2 tablespoons crushed parsley seeds (found at health food stores”>
- 1/2 cup chopped rosemary
- Water
Directions
- Bring 2-3 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the crushed parsley and chopped rosemary.
- Allow to steep for 20 mins.
- Cool and strain the mixture.
- Pour the liquid over your hair in the shower or sink.
- Wrap your head with a warm towel for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Do not rinse– allow your hair to dry naturally.

2. Nettle Hair Tonic

What You’ll Need
- A handful of fresh nettle leaves or 5 tablespoons of dried nettle (found at health food stores”>
- A few drops of your favorite essential oil
- A bottle or glass jar to store the liquid
Directions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Place the nettle (fresh or dried”> in the water.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add a few drops of your selected oil.
- Allow the mixture to cool and steep for 20 mins.
- Once cool, strain the liquid.
- Pour over your hair in the shower.
- Comb or massage through your hair and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly.
