2. Pin It Down!
Keep a few bobby pins or clips handy. If you feel like your curls are coming undone, losing shape or body – add a few spritzes of water or conditioning spray and twist large sections while they’re a bit damp.
Pin each section back and remove the pins or clips when you get to work, or after you’re done with your make up.

4. Keep it Simple
Though we may love to try new products from time to time, keeping a product–or two–on hand that we can count on for fly-aways, frizz and other issues, is a must. Try to keep a small jar of natural shea butter, or pomade on hand. Coconut oil is also a great product to have around in your house or office. You can use it to sooth hair and skin.

You may also want to keep a few in your bag and car so a last minute change in style is easy and quick. Learn to use accessories to dress your hair up, or keep it simple, and, of course, fix a bad hair day too.

9. Refresh Your Second-Day Hair
Your hair most likely has some conditioner or product in it from the day before. If you are running out of time (or just don’t feel like styling today”>, grab a spray bottle and dampen your hair. Allow the sections to air dry or use your diffuser to speed up the process a bit.
